Sunday City Walks
In April-May 2010, guided walks around various parts of Liverpool and Merseyside will depart at 2 p.m. on most Sunday afternoons.
The themes are as follows:

April 25th 'Discover Cronton'
A gentle stroll in Knowsley for a fascinating insight into early agricultural history.
Meet by the Stocks at Cronton crossroads,

May 9th 'The changing face of Litherland, Part 2'
We continue to rediscover the towpath of the Leeds & Liverpool Canal, recall some of the area's former industries and hear about the role of the 'Mission'.

May 16th 'Fortress Liverpool'
From rebellious medieval barons and dynastic disputes to World Wars 1 & 2, Find out where these have left their mark.
