Liverpool Maps Old and New

Here are the Postcodes required to view old Ordnance Survey maps of various districts of Liverpool, along with some ready-made Multimap links to display present-day street plans and aerial photos of the same areas:


The Ordnance Survey maps (1849-51 edition) are available on the Landmark Old Maps site. Type the appropriate Postcode into the 'Address' box when the Welcome screen appears, then click on the 'Search' button.

For districts not listed above, you should look up
the street name and postcode in Proviser's
Liverpool Street Index, which links directly to the Multimap site.
