Walks for
Summer Sundays

Guided walks take place around various parts of Liverpool departing at 2 p.m. every Sunday from 12th June-14th August 2011.

The themes for AUGUST are as follows

Sunday 7th August: Some ghostly goings on
Shiver and quake while we take a fearful look at Liverpool as things go bump in the night.
(Meet at bottom of steps Metropolitan Cathedral, Mount Pleasant) Buses C1 C3 (or 79 79C to Brownlow Hill)

Sunday 14th August: What is happening to the Central Docks?
Explore with us the potential and the plans for the Central Docks.
(Meet at Sandhills Station, Sandhills Lane, L5) Merseyrail Northern Line

The cost of these walks is £4 per person (£3.50 concessions) payable to the Blue Badge or Green Badge Guide at the start of the walk. Walks last 90-120 minutes, and will take place as advertised unless unforeseen changes dictate changes. They are not dependent on the weather, so appropriate clothing and footwear is recommended

Remember that you can HIRE A GUIDE, if you wish, to provide any of these walks at a future date and time to suit the requirements of your own group.
